Scale Effect of Filling on Overburden Migration in Local Filling Stope of Longwall Face in Steeply Dipping Coal Seam

The gangue filling mining method is used to reduce the occurrence of dynamic disasters on roof a steeply dipping coal seam (SDCS) effectively and improve stability overburden structure. To comprehensively study movement law under different quantities, 3221 working face Lvshuidong mine was taken as research site. vertical displacement, stress, plastic zone quantities were analyzed by using FLAC3D numerical simulation physical similarity simulations. results show that maximum stress in concentration decreased with increase size. range floor increased significantly. affected zones displacement reduced varying degrees. overall shrinking. well-controlled proportion fillings increased. this can provide an important reference for control SDCS mining.
